Western Valley Football Club is stoked to be returning to Woodstock with NFL Flag! This Fall will be an amazing 6 week season. Players keep their NFL branded jersey and flags! Athletes require a mouthguard, gym shoes, and a refillable water bottle. 

**PLAYERS MAY REGISTER AS A TEAM** 

• Get your group organized before registering.
• Each team must have between 10 and 12 athletes. Players must be in the same age category AND if they are U14+ they must be the same gender. Each team must have at LEAST 1 “Coach” (Responsible Adult) but should have 2.
• Team representative generates their own "small group" code during registration. AND;
• Shares the code with the other team members for them to use during their registration.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Division Restrictions: Games are 5v5 and require 20-24 athletes within an age division to begin. If this threshold is not met, athletes will be given a full refund.
• Season Length: This is a 6 week season.
• Location: All events will take place between 10AM-2PM Saturdays - November 9 – December 14, 2024 at the NBCC Woodstock Campus Gym.

***There are 2 Tuesday 6pm-8pm sessions in lieu of the November 23 date. Groups will be split and take one Tuesday Session each***

• Virtual Flag Football 101 information session for Coaches, Athletes, Officials, Volunteers, and Parents : 730 PM Wednesday 30, 2024
• Start Date: November 9, 2024
• Registration: Registration opens September 11, 2024 and closes October 26, 2024. Any registrations after this are subject to a late fee. Registration will also close when capacity is reached. A waitlist will be generated after registration closes.
• Individual Registration: $125 - Early Bird Registration (Before Oct 12): $100 - Late Fees: $25 Individual charge if registered after October 26, 2024.
• Games Per Week: Schedule to be finalized in October. This is a game based league with the focus being on gameplay and FUN!! Each week will involve competition. 
• Practices: The league does not book practices. It is the responsibility of the coach to schedule practices should the team desire. Please respect the coaches wishes in regard to practice. Any concerns can be directed to Nick.Murray@footballnb.ca.
• WE NEED HELP!! We can’t have games without referees and coaches. It’s rewarding and working with kids is great fun! Referees will be trained, outfitted, and paid for the 2024 season.
